"Serabiz-M" is a high-strength artificial spherical sintered sand suitable for inorganic processes. The composition is SiO2: 36.8%, Al2O3: 60.3%. The mineral composition is mullite. By using "CB-M" as the filling sand and "CB-ES" as the replenishing sand, it is possible to reduce the unit cost of the mold. High filling capacity! It has the same chemical components as Naigai Cerabeads, with high heat resistance and low thermal expansion rate.

"Serabiz-ES" is an artificial spherical sintered sand that achieves stable high strength moldability. Using carefully selected raw materials and conducting component adjustments, the chemical composition is stable. The refractoriness is 1,825°C (SK37), achieving high heat resistance. The structure consists of dense MULLITE crystals, excelling in wear resistance, crush resistance, and thermal shock resistance.
